Returns and refunds

ADHD Designs products are made to order. Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Change of mind and sizing

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or other customer selection errors, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, email support@adhd-designs.com promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible claim.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not send returns to the address printed on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact support@adhd-designs.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because items are made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will notify you and issue it to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
